Spring Equinox Avalon Yoga Retreat 2026

On this retreat, we revisited Glastonbury for a four day immersion in the practice and study of Yoga. Everyday we also had a different activity, including intention setting, Yoga practice and sound healing in the medieval church in the centre of Glastonbury town; breath work at the top of the Tor, Cacao and ecstatic dance ceremony at the foot of the Tor, cold water ceremony in the magical white well and much more!

It was transformative and a very special few days with very special people, and all whilst calling in and honouring the spring Equinox!

A rejuvenating week finding bliss Ananda, surrounded by the naturaleza of the ancient mountains of Amatlan de Quetzalcoatl in Mexico. Each day we focused on a different Kosha in the philosophy of Yoga and eached day worked from the outside in to try and contact our true inner peace.

This was our first mini retreat! An Immersive weekend of Yoga and Ceremony in the heart of Avalon, Glastonbury. We packed alot into a weekend. Lot’s of Yoga, a lot of mini adventures and powerful ceremonies. All of our spirits had been lifted by the end and very special connections made!
