
About Yogini CiCi
Hello! My name is Ciara {Yogini Cici}. I started my journey with Yoga at the age of 10 when my mother took me to my first ever Kundalini Yoga class and my world was blown wide open!
Ever since then Yoga has been my life along side my training and career as a dancer/performer, and now it is everything I do. I am primarily an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher but also teach other types of Yoga including restorative, Mantra, Pranayama and Raja Yoga. I also teach Pilates and Barre and I just love the way each movement discipline informs each other.
I started teaching in 2016 when I got a call from within to do so. I teach people of all ages and walks of life and absolutely love it!
I teach all over London in studios, Gyms, Dojos, offices, banks, schools, care homes and privately. Over the years I have gained a lot of experience by teaching a wide variety of people all ages and backgrounds. My favourite part about teaching is watching the students transform over time and all of the benefits the practice brings to peoples.
My ethos in my teaching is to approach the the practice with mindfulness and kindness but to also be fully prepared to plunge right into challenge and discomfort to be able to break through the barriers that our physicality and mentality may present to us. To breath and to sweat is to transform! Yoga is the practice of creating your best, blessed life, within and without. Namaste!
